It's a nice reminder that being technically proficient is not enough. In the end this is a team game, reminding everyone how shitty job they do is not going to help you estabilishing your place there. Also, acting as a leader, when there is no one to lead is pointless. As someone said before me, earn their respect first, and then try to change them.
