I did something similar to this in my startup days, it was called "FORMS". This is where you take a particular focus for each day of the week. - Monday: Finances
- Tuesday: Operations
- Wednesday: Research & Development
- Thursday: Marketing
- Friday: Sales This allowed me to focus ON the business vs. IN the business. |
