Does using react/redux slow down development?

We started using react/redux in our stack recently and the development seems quite slow. Is anyone else experiencing something similar ? My partner has 1 year of experience in reactjs.

I'd say it does. I'm not sure why everyone is using it regardless of the problem to fix.
