The New Zealand court system has not been unfair to Kim Dotcom. The actions of NZ police in his arrest are inexcusable, and so is the use of government spy agencies to spy on a resident. But the courts are independent of all that. Kim Dotcom actually just won a $90k settlement from the Human Rights Tribunal. |
