If this is the case, wouldn't the "touch current" from capacitive leakage on the Y class capacitor tying the SMPS ground to mains neutral do this anyway? Surely, if electromigration is an issue, wouldn't these issues be just as significant?
Isn't gold practically immune to electromigration at these energy levels? |
