Arguments are fairly weak. I think saying "It’s certainly not far-fetched to suppose that a group like ISIS, for example, could acquire A.I. capabilities." is almost equal to saying they could acquire F-22 fighters or B-2 bombers as well. Developing sophisticated AI-based integrated weapon system is not that easy. |
