Microsoft is a company that in their very long history, has repeatedly pushed legal boundaries at the expense of their business partners, their individual customers, and the software ecosystem. But the company has(had?) a very different mode of operation than Facebook or Apple. Neither of the two lines above sound like M$ft here.
