I try to be in bed by 9pm and up by ~4:30am most days, including weekends. If I sleep in on weekends too much, it ruins my schedule for the following week and I feel exceptionally tired on Mondays. (Late 20s, work a 7-3 as an engineer, married but no kids. Really like this schedule.) |
