Yeah, because overall there's far fewer black people than white people (13% vs 77%), and many more places it's dangerous for them to be. A white guy wandering in the Baltimore ghettos is liable to be robbed, but no worse. But a black guy in the wrong place is liable to have the police called, which carries the threat of death. |
