The statistics may prove meaningless. It's the emotional reaction of our legislators. Take the recent legislation regarding a single killed dog by United Airlines (my condolences to the family members/owners of that dog) vs. deaths via [insert any other thing that has multiple deaths and is currently under regulated]. |
