This sort of app gets rewritten every two years. People act like it’s the second coming every time. IRC with persistence? Oh that’s acana, slack, hipchat, whatever this year’s VC-backed boondoggle is. I haven’t seen anything new after IRC beyond ICQ. Just like movies now. Same meh, new packaging. |
