Oh yes absolutely. Right now I see font size 9 and I'm fine with it for the latin alphabets. For the non-latin ones, I'd prefer 11.
Maybe that's just a problem with the hindi font I have right now on my Firefox (Mukta Devanagiri), in fact I downloaded that font after reading the post in the link.
