That's just the tip of the iceberg. You also have to navigate through all sorts of laws related to crime, food regulations, civil rights and bazillion other categories and basically get a society so diverse to agree on deeply conflicting issues. Easier said than done. In many cases it might involve undoing a lot privilege in many sections of society. |
