Your statements are valid, but I'm not that concerned with the character of the OP or the exact details of his situation. The point I'm trying to make is that Google could have done a lot more to prevent situations like this with very little extra cost to them. Sure, technically Google doesn't owe this guy anything, but I think there is a lack of empathy on Google's part here and it's one of the reasons they are struggling with social. |
