For last few months I have been able to come up with sort of a Morning routine which is:

- Making bed

- Drink a glass of water

- Mindful Teeth brushing.

- Prayers and Reciting one page of Quran with explanation.

- Cardio on Airwalk and a couple of dumbbell based workouts.

- Breathing

- Meditation

- Journaling

I use Trello for Month/Week/Day tasks. I also do night journaling where I reflect my thoughts of things happened or what I am going to do.
