Get ready to work. Evenings on weekdays
Have some snacks (usually nuts)
Meditation for 21 minutes.
PBS news for about an hour while having dinner
Maybe some more YouTube for about an hour.
Reading and relaxing before bed. Weekend
If the weather is good make it a point to either run or hike
If it's bad just walk in the city |
