The article's author, Atul Gawande, has written four books.
So far I've only read _The Checklist Manifesto: How to Get Things Right_ and have been applying it to various aspects of work and life (travel packing checklist, Engineering team runbooks, etc). I would strongly recommend it. All his other books are on my "to read" list... |
