I hope we move towards recruiting being a culture/attitude problem and not really a skills data problem.
Most jobs are repeatative and most engineers adapt. So important is to identify culture and attitude fit. The problem with raising the bar for interviewing engineers is the work that they end up doing isn't moving at same pace.
With more frameworks, better languages and open source building stuff is getting easier |
