Be really careful with some of the graphically rich resumes. If in a creative field and you are pretty sure if will only be looked at by a human, use it. If applying to Fortune 1000, there is a good chance yours will be ingested by an applicant tracking system (ATS). Not all resume parsers work well on these fancy resumes.
