If you don't need a driver in the car, you can test more vehicles with fewer people and ultimately deploy a mobility service cost-effectively.

Except when you get in a situation with 100 vehicles, 12 of which need help, and you have 10 drivers.

If the situation is a matter of immediate life or death, having remote humans is no help at all to prevent death, so your scenario isn't likely.
