Using email to resolve a dispute appears to be causing more problems than it is solve and wondering if anyone knows of any virtual dispute resolution software, website, service, etc. Issues that are being issue, include, but are not limited to: - Process controls (pre-agree to deadlines, response time, etc. and related default response based on failure to act/agree) - Notification of changes, response required, etc. - Logging dateTime of access, edits, approval, etc. - Tracking outstanding disputes - Prioritizing actions - Isolating & deduplicating issues - Mapping issues to existing contracts, documents, websites, etc. - Sign-off tracking - Response reporting based on delay, completeness, etc. - Link to URLs and/or screenshots to support facts |
