Well, it is technically not a bill as the suggested changes to the law have not been proposed before the parliament yet, but it suggests concrete new versions of the law. So what remains is basically for someone to copy-paste the appropriate versions into a new document and then having a vote on it. A clarification is that the investigation was about "If the existing sanctions for the most serious copy right crimes need to be increased", as well as some related issues. |
