There is always the need of someone who has the bigger picture in mind. Task distribution.

And for the "large company" part. I assume that most large companies are still operating in and old-fashioned way of working.

Indeed, there needs to be folks (director and Sr.Mgrs) who look at big picture but my focus is more on the low/middle managers or even PMs. Regarding low level tasks the Sr. engineers can self create these tasks i believe for the goals they need to be targeting.

And yes, you are right in that the big companies are operating in the old fashion way and i was thinking of a implementing a tool that would disrupt that in some ways..:)
