Would there really be any benefit from splitting up Amazon right now though? Assuming there were two symmetrical Amazons, both focusing on consumers, innovation, and growth, the only way I can see either being competitive is to cut corners. In my opinion, there would be a much more compelling reasons to split up Amazon if they ever begin to focus on profits. |
