Not a lawyer and I had to translate from Dutch, but the first legal encounter involved the Privacy Commission looking for interim measures. Facebook first lost, then won the appeal. This is (sort of?) the same case, but now they're looking for a final judgment on the merits of the case. The current process started a couple of months ago:
