ABET accreditation is for degree programs, not individuals. it sets curricular standards. most credible engineering programs maintain ABET accreditation, as it has been required for graduates to become PEs [0]. [0] i recently heard that berkeley EECS is dropping its ABET accreditation, as this is no longer true:
