Especially in a startup, but obviously in established companies as well, this will give you an idea of where it’s all headed. If you’re in a place that’s reliant on good code (and good execution strategies) to exist, and the other people don’t or won’t or can’t really grasp the magnitude of what good code means to the company - leave. |
