It is highly doubtful that SCTP over DTLS can come close to achieving that goal." ---- I actually think the "zero round-trip-time" claim is a bit too strong. It's only 0RTT if you've communicated before, so in a way it's not a new connection. There's a privacy implication here -- you should wipe that state between communications to be more anonymous -- and also you only get "predominantely 0RTT" with an increasingly centralized web. |
