Yep! Django back-end dev here who built the API here. It's been a really cool experience with people coming from all over the place to join in and hack on the project. We're mostly hanging out at https://gitter.im/giving-a-fuck-about-climate-change/Lobby with a stable team of ~4. We're recently thinking a lot about datahub.io and how we can take it further.
