I wonder if women are less likely to become Uber drivers and less likely to continue driving because they don't feel safe? I think it's the sort of discrimination that could lead to having less experience + a preference to drive during the day rather than at night and could be measured by a correlation between driver complaints and attrition rate by gender. |
