And on the flip side, in the states that use lottery funds to provide college for all graduates with a specific GPA.....we are seeing a tremendous number of students losing their scholarships for poor grades or simply delaying entering the workforce to have a semester or more of playing at college. Accessible to anyone qualified does not equal a good choice for anyone. |
