>This is less of an issue with Linux, per se, and more to do with proprietary video drivers. Actually, it IS a problem with Linux. I don't get this behavior on my Windows or OSX machines where NVIDIA has been reliably (modulo obvious caveats) shipping "evil proprietary" drivers for a decade. Linux is great, but it doesn't need to be coddled. |
