You hit the nail on the head with this one Dave. I'm dealing with this issue with my new team. My solution was to only bring my Ipad to meetings with me. It does a great job of keeping me constrained to Evernote or jira. Using an Apple Pencil helps me to keep my eyes on the presenter and not drift into multi-task land. If I set a good example, hopefully my team will drop some of the bad habits. |
