Outside of code, I don't think there is anything with making mistakes. It's a path towards progress, learning, and growth. It is important that you figure out why the mistake was made, and how to not recreate it in the future. I tell my employees that creating 1000 individual mistakes is fine, so long as none of them are repeats. |
