And have more smaller ideas. Things you can implement a proof-of-concept in a weekend. It shouldn't be such a big deal if it doesn't turn out to be promising. And break down your bigger ideas into small chunks that would be fun to try. Establish a track record of being able to try small ideas, then implement big ideas by piecing together small projects. |
