Thanks for the feedback. At Cleanshelf we primarily focus on mid-size companies (100 to 1000 employees) and there it's important to understand the business needs before we can discuss pricing. I hope you understand.

I read that as "it's important to understand how much we can gouge you for".

Sorry, I wouldn't even consider using a service that isn't up-front about pricing.

Is that a nice way of saying "we need to figure out how much money we can get from them"?
