Not sure where this title came from. The article linked is "The British Once Built a 1,100-Mile Hedge Through the Middle of India". It's about 19th century Britain trying to enforce their taxes through the use of a living wall.

What's amazing is that something like this gets upvoted. Pretty clear no one actually reads anything prior, or they are just pumped.
