Freezer cooking. Once every 4-6 months you prep about 50 meals and freeze them. Then pull them out as needed and use slow cooker.
There are sites like https://www.laurengreutman.com/category/blog/aldi-meal-plans... that help do this. We got an instant pot a few years back, and now we use that. Besides replacing the slow cooker, the pressure cooker function of it can cook a frozen meal in 30 minutes instead of 8 hours. |
