As for the cutesy symbols, they're there to make clear that this isn't a problem because it's DIFFICULT to solve, as the solution is perfectly clear. Give individuals a voice by informing them and allow them to offer an evaluation. The reason it's still a problem is because of a lack of leverage on the uninformed individuals' behalf. No need to get worked up about simple things. |
