Given that this was sent via the web, I'm guessing there was a trick or bug involved. It is true that on twitter you can send more "data"/bits using unicode multi-byte as the twitter limit is 140 characters - regardless of byte length. But looking at this tweet, there are over 2000 characters. Maximum status length, I thought, was 420 characters and max message length 140. |
