or what they're doing is placing remotely detonated charges for later simultaneous usage should the need arise. (I'm not saying I think this is what has happened, but it's just a thought) if you lose significant capacity (or all capacity) simultaneously you can't fall back to the "internet is resilient" routine. you're straight up screwed. |
