Bullshit. None of that worked for me. I'm sure lots of it works for other people, but rest assured you don't have all the answers about insomnia. If you actually did have the answers, you'd make a billion dollars solving insomnia and you won't have to worry about people like me trolling you on HN. Melatonin is not explicitly mentioned there but you will find multiple occurrences of "hormone release". Melatonin is one of such hormones.
