Ask HN: College Grad Interested in Cyber Security but Not a US Citizen

I will graduate in the upcoming May 2018. I have looked into lot of opportunities relating Cyber Security but I got to know that most of them require security clearance which requires US Citizenship.

Any advice for students who do not hold a US Citizenship but would like to be a Cyber Security expert in the US? I practice challenges at https://www.root-me.org/ and https://lab.pentestit.ru/ and https://pod.cybersecuritychallenge.org.uk/ but I am looking to develop a career after graduation.
