It is so bad there's no way to talk with someone real. They have a chat, managed by a bot, who usually point you to some link or suggest you to write an email which will be replied in around 10 business day. I would like to have more from a company where I'm putting my money on. I accidentally mistaken my referece code 4 days ago and yet I'm not able to know whether or not I'll see that money again... |
