I don't want to get into the "grandfather's axe"-level semiotics argument, but if most of the people who worked at Saab in 2010 no longer work there, and the car is made in a different factory in China, it doesn't make much difference to me that there's a piece of paper that says it's the "same company". I just don't know if either of those things is true.
