two options: 1. Just ask what you need to do to get a raise. You should expect something about the economy being bad as the answer. 2. Get another offer, Tell your current employer that you are very happy with the current job but, they are not competitive in compensation, and you will be giving you two weeks notice the next Monday. The wait to see if there is a counter offer. |
