Don't get me wrong, I started by saying: "I tend to voice a lot of upset opinions about Mozilla..." I have a lot of criticism about how they approach problems, and about how they treat their users. But I also think they are at least trying. They aren't doing the best, and they slip up a lot, but I get the feeling that they genuinely do want what is best for their users. Even if they sometimes don't execute that properly... |
