Melissa McEwen is spot on. I have had 30h jobs software development jobs for the last 7 years. I make enough money as-is and see no reason to switch to 35h or 40h. I'd rather see my kids more. The only reason to work more would be do found a company again. Btw I have 30 days of paid vacation per year (which is not unusual in Germany). |
