people are different when it comes to a good time to get up. what works for one doesn't work for another. some are naturally early birds, others late risers. personally i had a job for about two years that forced me to get up at 6am and i felt sleep deprived and miserable for the whole two years because even after all those months it still felt natural for me to go to bed after midnight. this is also the case without screens; i used to attend a training camp a couple of years prior. up at 6am, morning sport, breakfast, nap, training, lunch, nap, training, dinner, cards then off to bed at ~10pm. after 2, 3 days i get used to it and start staying up longer until i'm back to going to bed at or after midnight and then sleeping through the morning sport. i guess people are just naturally different when it comes to sleep times. |
