No, only a different way to tackle the problem of having no money and depending on social security.
So says your depressed mindset! But, have you actually tried it? You might be surprised at the change in your mindset. With the more positive mindset that would result from running/exercise, then good things may well happen. (Saying this as someone who has been there, done that, bought the t-shirt). I would also look into CBT/professional help.
